This is the second edition to the book Growing Older: Tourism and Leisure Behaviour of Older Adults. Similar to the first edition, its focus is to provide the latest research about the characteristics, tourist behaviour, and leisure needs of baby boomers, seniors, and older adults. This edition has 12 chapters which cover: the socio-demographic characteristics of older travellers; the motivations and constraints to tourism and leisure for older travellers; their engagement with changing technological trends in travel information and bookings; the modes of transport they use for leisure travel; their involvement in package tours and independent travel; and the different travel markets for older adults (namely, adventure tourism, educational tourism, cruise tourism, cultural and heritage tourism, and health and wellness tourism).
